The origins of hotpot

This traditional cooking style originated in China and has evolved over the centuries across various Asian countries. Hotpot, also known as fire pot, is widespread and very popular throughout East Asia.

Guests gather around a large, hot pot filled with aromatic broth. They dip fresh ingredients such as tender meat, fresh fish, crisp vegetables and noodles to cook them in the delicious broth. This communal way of eating fosters togetherness and the shared exchange of flavour experiences.

How hotpot works

To start, you choose one or two broths as the base for your hotpot experience. We offer various options, including spicy and aromatic broths such as tomato, mushroom or tom yum. You then receive a wide selection of fresh ingredients to dip into the hot pot – including tender meat, fresh seafood, crisp vegetables, tofu and many other sides.

At our sauce station you can try our house-made sauces at any time to refine your dish. Enjoy the interactive experience as you create your own flavour combinations and share the relaxed atmosphere with your loved ones.
